Technical information

Oral presentations

Presentations are 10 minutes long. Time for discussion will be provided at the end of each section.

During the time of the Conference we will provide a “Slide Desk”, where participants can upload and check their slides, as well as obtain technical help. To avoid problems, we recommend uploading the files as early as possible. The presentation files can even be uploaded during the onsite registration.

The generally acceped format of the presentations is PowerPoint. Our computers are equipped with Windows 7 and Office 2007. Recommended video codecs: DivX, Xvid, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, h264, x264, WMV-9, audio codecs: MP3, AAC, AC3, WAV, WMA, PCM and file types: .avi, .mpg, .mp4, .mkv, .wmv.

If you have any special request regarding your presentation, please contact us in advance.

Posters

Poster boards are 90 cm wide and 150 cm tall. Pushpins will be provided.

Each poster will have a board number assigned, indicated in the Abstract Book. Authors are requested to mount their posters on the board with the given number.

Authors listed for the 1st Poster Session can mount their posters from the morning of 28 May, Friday, and they need to remove the posters in the evening. Authors listed for the 2nd and 3rd Poster Session (running parallel) can mount their posters from the morning of 29 May, Saturday, and remove the posters in the afternoon.

At least one author should be present at each poster during the given poster session.
